Dahl’s bakery success story began in 1935 with the opening of its first confectionery in Goteborg. Meanwhile the business is run by the 3rd generation and has developed into a modern but tradition-conscious company. In answer to the question as to what the secret of the company’s success is, the managing director Christian Jörgensen promptly said:
“We have a few basic principles. We work only with the finest raw materials and bake fulfilling the highest of quality demands. On our journey through the industry, it is important and necessary to keep up with the technological developments. Rooted in tradition we bake our bread with respect towards mankind and the environment. The HEUFT Thermo-Oel ovens are an important tool to achieve these objectives”.
In 2010 we started with 3 Thermo-Roll® trolley ovens and are expanding production by adding a further 10 Thermo-Roll’s® this summer.
