In the heart of Oldenburger Münsterland, Germany, you will find the Overmeyer traditional bakery – now run by the 4th generation. The company‘s history goes back 140 years. Now a modern business in the region with 250 employees and 28 branches, the Overmeyer Bakery still believes in working with heart, hand and intellect.
The centrepiece of the bakery is the 10-deck Vulkan VATO Thermo-Oel deck oven with pull-out hearths. In 2010, the bakery was expanded by adding this VATO deck oven to an artisan deck oven and 4 Thermo-Roll® trolley ovens.
