In 2012 Hannes Weber was able to fulfil a lifelong dream. The glass bakery including the new production area and café celebrated its opening. Hannes Weber is very well known through his public appearances as a television baker in magazines such as “Kaffee oder Tee and “Lust auf Backen”.
His philosophy of quality is “Good flavour needs time – and the right oven”.
The focus is on good artisanship combined with modern baking technology. The slow baking procedure, the elimination of any baking aids and the choice of carefully selected local raw materials guarantee the high quality in the Webers bakery.
