Representing the 4th generation, Sven-Albin and Tobias Karlsson with Mikael Petersson run the traditional baking business in Urshult, in southern Sweden. The company’s philosophy has always been to produce natural and high-quality tasting products.
The continual growth of the company confirms that the three partners have done everything right. After changing to a Thermo-Oel System with 5 Thermo-Roll® ovens in 2002, turnover has increased continuously. As a result of this an extension took place in 2007 and 2009.
They have once again reached maximum capacity resulting in converting to half-automated loading of the trolley ovens in the summer of 2016. Furthermore, production is to be increased with the instalment of a 30 m² deck oven with pull-out hearths.
