When planning complex large oven systems, one thing is critical: integrating many individual elements into a continuous overall process. Fortunately, our project management team is well equipped to master this. During the initial planning phase, our specialists in the various departments meet to coordinate the approach. Together with you, they examine the various technical options to choose a concept that best meets your requirements. As the project progresses, the HEUFT management team makes sure that all parties involved in the project are fully up to date with what is happening at the various stages. As a result, no time is wasted between departments, and the production can progress smoothly. Having invested so much in the design and manufacture of a system, we are loath to leave the shipping over to others. Thanks to our experience, creative approach, and the right equipment, we are able to master every logistic challenge – when it comes to the installation and integration of our ovens on site, our technicians know exactly what it takes. Every working step, every instruction is carried out with unrivaled precision. They manage the acceptance process on schedule and thus actively push your project over the finish line.

Every year more than 200 ovens from the HEUFT workshops make their way into the world. This is backed up by a highly committed team of mechatronics engineers, electricians, metal workers, application engineers and other highly qualified specialists. Our approximately 170 production employees enable an almost complete in-house production and are familiar with over 2000 model variants down to the smallest detail. They are also responsible for the quality control that every oven goes through before it arrives at the customer. The next team of experts is already waiting at the destination for installation and commissioning. From project management to detailed information about all oven specifications and bakery specifications, we look after every detail and every connection. This also applies to the thermal oil heat exchanger, combined heat and power systems and pipeline construction designed by us. A strong vertical range of manufacture, professional quality assurance and experienced assembly worldwide – this makes HEUFT synonymous with reliable, robust oven construction.

Thermal oil in their blood and a baker’s passion in their heart: This is what defines our application engineers. It may sound just like a phrase, but you will perceive it immediately in practice. As trained master bakers and bakery technicians, they understand the processes and the quality requirements of each product range. They know when to turn on turbulence and how long breads have to be baked to achieve a strong crust and juicy crumb. The commissioning of the ovens therefore progresses smoothly. The target quality is usually achieved with the first test batch, but your new oven will run perfectly.at the latest after three days. As thermal oil specialists, our engineers also know every oven inside out and explain how it works, how it is operated and how to care for it routinely and comprehensibly. Practice makes perfect!
