HEUFT is known as the top choice when it comes to unmolded, handcrafted products. Outstanding quality, directly baked on a solid hinge plate belt or a stone plate belt made of natural granite. The power of thermal oil ensures an exceptional oven spring, achieving a larger volume and a crumb that is not dried out. Thanks to our features like turbulence, efficient draft flap and different temperature zones, you achieve a crust that is so tender or so crispy as in no other oven. But even if a thicker crust is desired, thermal oil is the only system that guarantees consistent quality around the clock. Temperature fluctuations are almost impossible. 100% uniformity is guaranteed in our ovens and the return on investment is exceptionally short thanks to the high energy savings.

High hourly outputs, baked in an extremely energy-saving mode - this is the recipe for success of the HEUFT INDUSTRY tunnel oven. This industrial baking oven is primarily designed for baking a small number of product types in a linear process chain with a focus on high output and consistent baking quality. With the processing of 25,000 dough pieces and more per hour, the continuous oven is in its element of maximum availability.
Our multi-deck tunnel ovens ensure maximum flexibility. Up to six hundred square meters of baking area are available at the same time and can be loaded in parallel with free-form baked products, tray or case goods. They are given their individual quality by separately adjustable temperature and steam zones in the individual ovens. In addition, bakers can switch fully automatically between continuous and discontinuous incremental baking at any time.
