Thinking ahead, daring to innovate. We at HEUFT are always concerned not to react to changes but to stay the decisive step ahead. We can proudly say that each generation in our more than three-hundred-year history has inspired the industry with innovative oven concepts. One thing however never changed over all these years, namely the quality of our products. Designed for perfection in every detail, HEUFT ovens and machines bear of course the “Made in Germany” mark.

Currently, the great challenge in our industry is to transfer the quality of artisanal production to an industrial scale. Whoever decides to make this leap will almost automatically find their way to us. After all, the HEUFT “100% thermal oil” concept has meanwhile become the standard for industrial bakeries due to its perfectly reproducible quality. Not only in Germany, but worldwide. We have already set up automated large-scale oven systems in well over 25 countries. With baking areas between 3 and 600 m², individually integrated into existing production lines, we open up enormous possibilities for our customers.

HEUFT offers fully automated tunnel ovens / continuous ovens and multi-deck tunnel ovens.

The success formula of the HEUFT tunnel oven is its ability to operate extremely efficiently over a period of many hours. This type of large oven has been primarily designed for the baking of a small number of product lines via a linear process chain. The continuous oven comes into its own when 25,000 pieces of dough or more are placed onto its conveyor belt every hour. The baking atmosphere defined by thermal oil as a heat transfer medium means that products are baked gently and consistently. Because of its high heat retention capacity, thermo oil also facilitates rapid transition of heat to the products and thus creates a pronounced furnace drive. Temperature zones which can be controlled separately and which offer the options of either bottom or top heat guarantee an optimum baking curve each time. The results speak for themselves. Bread, bread rolls and other specialities display a uniform appearance and taste at the unloading point.
The VULKAN EUROBACK ensures maximum production flexibility. Up to 600 m2 of baking area are available at the same time. These surfaces can be loaded with a mixture of free-baked, tray or tin products. Each product achieves its individual quality thanks to separately adjustable temperature and steam zones in the individual hearths. It is also possible to make a fully automatic switch from continuous to step-by-step baking at any stage. The EUROBACK can also be combined with a loading and unloading system tailored to your production line on order to offer unrivalled performance. This is an oven which is capable of baking 25,000 rolls and more per hour, both delivering the desired level of reproducibility whilst also very much satisfying the bottom line.
