Artisan bakery ovens
Whether trolley, rack or deck oven, each of our artisan ovens is a tailor-made premium product and strengthens our customers – bakeries and confectioners – against the competition.
In terms of design, the trolley oven scores as the ideal synthesis of rack and deck oven. It sets the standard when systems with rolling loading are required. The short heat-up times of the trolley oven enable economical baking, batch after batch. The reloading of baked goods also works without any problems.

In our rack oven, the circulating air is quickly brought to the desired baking temperature using a thermal oil-based air system heat exchanger (TLS). The bakery oven then scores with the well-known advantages of thermal oil as a heat transfer medium: the temperature control is precise, the heat is never aggressive, the system is energy-efficient and very quiet. Baked goods that are in high demand, such as croissants or bread rolls, are conveniently and quickly loaded via one or two trolleys.
Finally, our artisan solutions are rounded off by the HEUFT deck oven. It perfectly implements what is specified by the recipe, kneading process, processing and cold conditioning: whether crispy, crusty rolls, well-baked bread or moist sponge cake. Short heating times, rapid lowering of the baking temperature or the switchable turbulence enable the fastest possible response to changing production conditions. Its efficiency allows for any cycle: whether with a full load of large batches or a step-by-step loading of individual trays, crates and products being pushed out.

Automation for artisan bakeries
For all bakeries that require a higher degree of automation, we offer our trolley and deck ovens with partial or full automation. Automatic loading technology noticeably improves workplace conditions in the bakery and optimizes the production flow.
Production oven in the industry
Industrial production or handcrafted quality? With our large oven systems, you don’t have to choose. We prove how perfectly the two go together.
High hourly outputs, baked in an extremely energy-saving mode – this is the recipe for success of the tunnel oven from HEUFT INDUSTRY. It is primarily designed for baking a small number of product types in a linear process chain. The tunnel oven is in its element when 25,000 dough pieces or more per hour are placed on the oven belt for processing.
Our multi-deck ovens ensure maximum flexibility. Up to six hundred square meters of baking area are available at the same time and can be loaded in parallel with free-baked products, tray or tin goods. They are given their individual quality by separately adjustable temperature and steam zones in the individual ovens. In addition, bakers can switch fully automatically between continuous and discontinuous incremental baking at any time.
